My yoga journey began with a deep curiosity about the practice’s potential to enhance physical and mental well-being. Initially drawn to yoga for its flexibility and strength benefits, I quickly discovered its profound impact on my overall health and mindfulness.

Starting with introductory classes, I immersed myself in learning fundamental poses and techniques. As my practice evolved, I explored various styles, including Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative yoga, each contributing uniquely to my growth. Regular attendance and dedicated practice helped me build confidence, improve flexibility, and develop a strong foundation.

Inspired by the transformative effects of yoga, I pursued advanced training and certification to share this practice with others. My journey led to teaching, where I combined my experiences to create supportive, inclusive classes that cater to diverse needs. Today, my classes continue to evolve, reflecting my commitment to personal growth and the well-being of my students.

Wednesday:

  • 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Hatha Yoga
  • 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Yin Yoga

Thursday:

  • 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM: Sunrise Flow
  • 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Pilates and Yoga Fusion

Friday:

  • 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Ashtanga Yoga
  • 7:15 PM – 8:15 PM: Meditation and Yoga Nidra

Saturday:

  • 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Outdoor Yoga (weather permitting)
  • 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Family Yoga

Sunday:

  • 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Slow Flow Yoga
  • 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Restorative Yoga and Mindfulness
